Explanation / Answer

In order to build an effective school and to promote diversified learning, the following strategies can be uses :

1. All the student, have to be included In learning, all together

The ability of the student to work and play, their physical ability, should not be mixed with their mental ability and thus all the students, even physically handicapped, have to be included together while studies and such inclusion has to be from the teacher as well as additional staff. For providing inclusive leaning, the entire system has to be designed such that there is a shift in the education system and the handicapped as well as fit students appear in the same classes. Rousseau's theory on education says that the child should be kept away from all the barriers that are encapsulated as the "goodness of society". He asks to "leave the child alone", so that they grow being natural and understand the surroundings as they want to perceive it and so that he is devoid of any of the chains that society binds him into.

2. Proper instructions to teachers such that the teaching is more generalised and there is a levelong or it is multi levelled.

This would help in recognising the true potential of the students as not all the students in a class have the same cognitive abilities and thus not all the students require to be taught the same standardised material. Teaching should be designed such that the strategies would help the children understand their true potential and incorporate activities from their daily life that would help them to understand a lesson in a better way. This comes from the active learning theory of Piaget, who suggests that a child learns better from his environment and observation rather than just theoretical answers.

3. It is required to build a diverse group or community in a classroom and the birders have to be kept to the minimal level.

Since, there has been a long history that has not led the students or perople of all the community be together as one, it is important that the seeds of one nation one people be sown since the child hood itself so that further in their life, they do not practice any discrimination activities. Even if there are some students who are exhibiting such behaviours, it is important that this is identified and rectified, so that correct teaching can result in correct learning. This comes from Locke's theory of education who believed that children are neutral In their morality and do not have and preconceived notions about anyone, race or ethnicity, and thus they can be shaped in the correct way so that they don't end up mistreating people. He termed children as "blank slates".
