What can be done to help Americans make better decisions about their health?

To resolve this, many creative ads should be made to instruct people about the importance of cognition, intelligence, decision making systems to avoid smoking and poor nutrition. They must be encouraged to think know about their future life that would lead to heart disease, cancer, stroke, and countless other ailments.

These ads should be government sponsored and they must be regularly advertised in Cinema halls, TVs and on the internet. The ads can be also be placed on the Socia Media.
