The article discusses the outcome of online interactive learning system of students as compared to the traditional outdated system of learning which is quite prevalent in classrooms.The students are much faster, more intelligent and smart in classrooms where powerpoint slides are present,quiz debates are there, regular classroom short sentence tests are there, regular interaction between students and faculty is there regarding discussion of scientific topics, important short questions,video lectures are there for students with model building and visualization of mechanisms important for understanding the scientific mechanisms of study.In comparison to this the traditional method of teaching involves the use of long and tedious lectures, boring classes where students sleep in the classroom and are unattentive, they loose focus in studies and feel tired and exhausted in this teaching methodology.The students should be smart to analyse questions and solve numericals in class which increases their confidence and skills in education.They obtain good grades after such teaching practise and are praised by their teachers.There should be interactive session between teachers and students at regular intervals where stduents discuss their problems regarding studies.There should be debate competitions, singing competition, sports competition and painting competition where the students should be able to use their precision and skills which ultimately leads to their mental and physical development.
Statistical survey was analysed among students is classrooms where they were allowed to discuss recent topics in physics, chemistry, maths with expertise and numerical solving ability in classrooms.Various workshops, conferences and visits should be organized for students of school to big companies where they will get a chance to see machines which are in use and their working operation, principle and methodology should be discussed in detail which in turn leads to their mental development, skill and precision in theoretical problem solving in exams and during attainment of jobs in private and government companies.
