1. Since the article is making claims about anxiety having a negative impact in several other dimensions, I would firstly check if it is backed by empirical research. In this case, although several links to other articles were given there was no primary research done by the author, who probably just relied on internet links to obtain information. There were no references either in the end. Thus, at the first glance I would question the reliability of the of this article.
2. The context can definitely be improved. 'Anxiety' as a concept should have been explained in more elaborately as someone unfamiliar with what it means can get confused (since anxiety can be a really complex concept). The introduction should have been longer and more explanatory.
