Hello, please help me with this.
I have a problem, because I can't live calm, no happy etc. because I am always thinking about that the robots Will destroy the humans, I know, it sounds crazy and maybe stupid, but I can't live good, because everything that I do I think that a robot can do this better, even in sports, study etc. I have this worrie because they (machines, robots, AI) are more advanced Day by Day, and there are theories that say the robots will be against usted and will destroy us ( even Stephen Hawking and Elon Musk say that).
I don't know what can I do, because I am always sad and thinking about that.
Please help me with something to overcome this topic and to lay aside that worrie, because I am lossing my life.
I know that you can tell me that I need to go with and speciallist, but in this moment I can't do it, and I would be embarrassed to tell him/her this.
Please help me, I need to forget that.
Maybe some exercises, techniqued ir something.

Robot is a man-made machines that can perform work or other actions normally preformed by humans, either automatically or by remote control.
We have to remember robots are run by a program, which gives command to robot.This program is developed by human being.
Further we need to understand robots never do all activities like Humans. humans are out performed the Robots...
1. Robots are service to mankind. They can't interpret events,actions or tones as much as humans. It will work as per the program developed by human.
2. Robot can't understand the feelings - The robot mal mal function. It may give result which is not appropriate. Since most of the works are dealing with human emotions. robots cannot consider feelings genuinly like a person can.
3. No Empathy, sympathy - there is human touch here. They will perform according to the command.
4. Lack of trust - Trust is established by consisten good behaviour from both parties. A robot doen't have a moral compass , they just have a compass.
5 Robot can do only what they are made for - We haven't see a robot coming up with a "start with Why". we haven't see a robot writing a great story.
6. Robots simply helps human to take a decission - Example robot can diagnose, can cdo a surgey but it cant take a decission or it can't communicate the decission to patient. It is human element that knows how to communicate in a direct but empathetic way can shape the patient experience.
7. Robots can't make and interpret great art, they can't cook from the heart or work from the heart.
Thus robots are machines with programmed movements that allows them to move in certain direction or sequence. Artificial intelligence given robots more ability to process information and to learn but there are still limited by the information that they are given and the functions they are given to perform. Robots are unable to think or make decission. They are only tools to help us get things done.
So Robots will never completely replace us. Lets stop the HYPE CYCLE.
