Explanation / Answer
Personality is basically those characterstics of people that make them different from each other . It characterises individual differences . Each and every person is different from each other.
There are basically two types of tests projective and objective. The main difference is that projective tests are more subjective and qualitative in nature . For example case studies , rorshack inkblot test.
The objective tests include short and quantitaive data.
In a projective personality test, the subject is presented to a progression of purposefully equivocal boosts. The researcher at that point watches how the subject reacts to those boosts and investigates the reaction. The objective is to reveal subconcious feeling of subject.
A objective personality test opens subjects to a progression of inquiries with confined answers, for example, true/false or scale rating. These identity tests are intended to assess different measurements of a man's identity in light of factual examination of their reactions.
