Help in writing, a psychosocial profile for a client. I was thinking of using Borderline personality disorder, as the disorder but could use some help in developing a quality paper and basic format. Does not need to be extensive but covering the basics of the topics and what the paragraph format should be like. The made up clients name will be Jessica Smith. All the data and information in the questions can be made up and does not need to be true or relative to a real person. As this is an assignment whare we will make up all things in this profile.

Jessica has suffered a brain injury with no bleeding/clotting found on examination at the age of 12, due to a car accident. At the age of 15 she had an abortion. She is currently on no medications. No reports of any major medical ailments.

She has been to a psychologist when she was 18 years old due to being underweight, later being diagnosed with Anorexia which was treated with proper medication and therapeutic management. She also states visiting the psychologists during schooling years, due to parental neglect as both her parents were alcoholics and she was often left with her nanny.

Jessica has no history relating harming anyone or in destruction of her environment in any way. She has however marks on her left wrists due to attempts to suicide at the age of 12 after a fight with her parents. She currently also has suicidal thoughts like overdosing on pills or cutting her wrists again after her divorce as she feels very lonely and misses her partner.

Jessica has been brought up by her biological mother but her father was only around till she was 8 years old. Her mother is now married to someone else and Jessica lives on her own since the age of 18 years. Her mother passed away last year and she hasn’t seen her father after he left when she was 8 years old. She has no siblings. Her step-father was caring at the beginning but later physically assaulted her when their financial situations weren’t going well. Therefore she left to live for herself after she turned 18 years and could fend for herself.

She was married to her ex-husband for 2 years, and has been divorced last month. They had a love marriage, have no kids and they started having differences when Jessica started sleeping around with her boss and later his ex-husband’s best-friend, which he later found about and confronted her about , however she later started abusing him for being unreasonable and possessive and then he eventually moved out of the house. Before being married since the age of 14 years she has been having a number of boyfriends and men she had sexual relationship with and at the age of 15 she got pregnant with one of them and had an abortion. She has reported having boyfriends who were always possessive and she was usually felt bored with them after a point of time.

Jessica worked for Starbucks at the age of 16 years; however she was removed from work as she kept reporting of people try to harm her, even when no such evidences were found. At the age of 18 years after she was diagnosed with Anorexia, she worked for her graduate college magazine editing which was very successful, but later was removed from the post due to her illness and inability to focus on her work. She joined her current job at the age of 20 years and has recently been facing issues since her divorce happenings.

Jessica has been drinking at parties and social gatherings. She has no history of any kinds of other substance abuse.

Jessica was an average student during school and usually had issues maintaining her grades.

She was suspended from school for being aggressive with her peers and even in high school for hitting some of her classmates.

Jessica usually feels that she is not worth loving, neither worth being a partner or friend. She feels she is a major failure and will never have anyone who would care for her.

Jessica also admits to avidly texting and sleeping around with her exes even when she was married. She used to text her hex-husband avidly during their dating phase as she thought he is talking to someone else if he did not reply back.

Jessica had brain scans, but none of them show any form of injury or disorientation.

Jessica used to engage in unprotected sex before marriage and has no history of having contracted any form of STDs (sexually transmitted diseases).

Jessica also states that sometimes she would spend money even when she knew she would not have enough money for her basic needs at the end of the month.

Jessica feels her father and mother are responsible for her current state and she hates them.
