How does this value think each came from: guide your choices? Give examples for each Core Value of a time when this value guided your decisions.

Explanation / Answer

Hello, since many questions are there I would answer them in short

Core values - Unbaised thinking - I am not unbaised because I have two kids.. I am very much like that right from friends till family. Open nature - I do not have open mind because of today's ever changing world, but I have an eye since childhood, hence I can enjoy culutural view points of others religions, culture etc. Silence is gold - This thing has helped me a lot in many situations that it has become my core value.

Positive/Optimistic Thinking - Self Optimistic thinking really helps for personal growth, negative thinking can pull you down, make things worse. One eventually ends up in the cycle of negative thinking and depression. For me I like to believe in present over past, because one tends to recollect bad memories only. Others - Helping others in optimistic thinking helping in bring more harmony aroound, gives confidence. Eg to think positively even if any of your friend relative come across with sudden demise. Circumstances - Though it is not easy but not difficuilt also, one should try to remember all the values of positive thinking and should apply to circumstances. Eg. Being calm in financial crisis, career crisis, while dealing with family memebers etc.

Unplug yourself for 24 hours - I am glad to get such kind of question. Let us take Sunday for eg. No after waking up no checking of whats app. Preparing some good breakfast or lunch. No checking of Facebook either. After luch is done grabbing a book but not watching TV, taking a nap over to watching TV in the afternoon. Going for stroll in the evening than to watch news etc in the evening or any such programme. And in the night also doing some activity or crafty work rather than chatting freinds and relatives. Even while going out no to click photos from mobile. Earlier we used to go out for stroll when mobiles were not there.

Coping Strategies - Current coping strategy can is listening music, there is whole lot of music avaialble on internet to calm the mind. This is the best thing even meditation. One doesn't revolves around those thoughts of negativity. At present I am listening to a song called as Dhani which is avaialble on youtube :) Its a lot about women which runs a garage. I am thinking about forth coming coping strategy is talking about the problems with the person, because the person should know what you are going through. I am not very good at it but I am going to try it.

Gratitude - I would sum this up. Things in my life I am grateful for - I am grateful for getting good family, anybody's family value is the central reason for shaping up that person. I am grateful for going getting friends. I am grateful for getting a kid..such a sweet and and beautiful child. Random act for kindness. - One of my neighbours come from rural area, I always boost her up to cope up with city lifestyle.

Connectedness/Solitude - Attending any classical music programme gives me strength to work. I like to hear such programmes esp. indian classical instrumental. I enjoy being with my distant cousins, relatives, so that I can listen some nice things from them
