The company taken is Britannia and product is biscuits. Repackaging & redesigning purpose:

Britannia’s product history:

The company initially started with manufacturing breads in the year 1976. In 1980 the company entered into an agreement with Nepal based nebico pvt limited for the supply of know how relating to manufacturing, packing of biscuits. Later in 1986 it started with manufacture of good day biscuits, which received a good response from the customers.

It was started by Nusil N Wadia and sir Kapil Chowhan in the year 1892 and in existence for the past 125 years. Main function is to manufacture consumer products like biscuits, dairy products like butter, cheese, ghee etc.

Britannia can reconfigure the product by giving some offers, freebies, or packing the products in some container like boxes to differ its products from the rivals and increase the sales and profits.

Can introduce new flavors in its cream biscuits. Apart from the usual mango, orange can go into different flavors like black current etc.

Introduce new shapes like oval, star, animal shapes for kids etc.

How to market the product?

The target customers must be selected first for marketing the products.

By using some special characters, cartoon characters etc. for easy catch of the customers.
