Molestation in academic has a great relation with the psychology of young students.They are enrolled in academic studies,to improve their knowledge. But they are molesting the girls in their batch just for sex.This degrades the women participants in all industry and leads to a thought that women are born to satisfy men's need and desires.This shouldn't happen as this is the scenario from where the women are rescued by making more efforts like women empowerment and related movements.Thus only solution to this scenario is that everyone should have a basic psychological studies and follow them in their life to avoid such situations.
