1. It was an informative presentation that provided inforamtion on the subject of increasing one's charisma. The speaker helped the audience to understand and remember the information he presented. It is used for delivering training, or in this case, for the purpose of educating the audience of his research.

2. The central idea of the presentation is how Charisma, whether it can be measured and developed. He tried to find what the difference was in leaders who had charisma and who didn't. He ended the presentation by giving 3 points that can be used when one speaks so as to be a more effective leader, to increase one's charisma and to increase the value that people place when they view you.

3. The speaker did not cite any sources orally, but focused more on his own research findings and evidence.

4. The speaker had good vocal variety. He directed the audience using pauses at appropriate places to emphasise the point he wanted the audience to understand better. He did not use filler words, and thus seemed very well prepared for the presentation and professional.
