When we step on a sharp object the two refle occurs- Flexor reflex and crossed extensor reflex

Flexor reflex also called withdrawal reflex- stimukation by sharp object the leg is immediatly removed from the site of stimulation.

Crossed extensor reflex- In this process the other leg gets immediatly action and try push the stimuly.

Central pattern generators  are also called as biological neural networks that produce the rhythmic patterned outputs without sensory feedback it involve in two or more processes that interact with the each process sequentially increases and decreases. this interaction, the system repeatedly returns to its starting condition.

Research shown as by the activity it exist as per large number of population study.
