Make a list of topics you’ll want to address in the general travel-information section of your memo. Put these in your outline.

B. Put three (3) to five (5) countries in the four regions listed above that you imagine employees will visit and research the major cities in each. Make a list of topics to address and put them in your outline. This is to help you choose the region you which to discuss. ( You will only choose one [1] region to discuss in the memo.)

We have received a requirement of orientation program for several employees who will be going on tours of major cities in Africa, the Near East, East Asia and the Pacific, or South Asia. Understanding the working culture of overseas, understanding the skill from oversea market, understand the living formalities and cultural understanding of oversea countries, understand the documentation part for VISA, passport, immigration, Disease prevention preparation, functional action plan for the duration, stay plan etc. etc.

The specific advice for a West Asia country India are as below- India is a very cultural countries, where lot of cultures are present, one need to focus on the culture of the location where the employees are planning to travel. The financial securities is must, the employees need to ensure proper security for their money. The employees need to be aware of theft/cheating activities around them, the employees need to be very careful in dealing with peoples. The staying arrangements need to be in corporate hotel for better securities, avoid travelling in crowds especially in evening time. Always try to be with local organizational employees, so that they can help and support better. Do not over engage with Indian people, as they may mislead foreign.

Organize the information for below things as below

A - Needs preparation as below such as visa, passport requirements, immigration, luggage limits, medicines, immunizations, and security issues, hotel stay details, local counter contacts, Indian contacts etc.

B. The employees can visit some of the countries in the given region like India, China, South Africa, and North Africa, Zimbabwe. Employees can plan to visit any of these countries based on the functional requirements. They can make a preference for their plan of visit and then can seek approval for the same from the organizational head.

C. For the employees who are short listed for travelling to these countries are required to understand the basic information and details for the countries where they will be travelling for the overseas business understanding. They need to understand the basic information of the countries and they need to prepare for the boarding at the countries. They need to get the local contacts so that they will be well supported for their issues at overseas. They need to be ready with their Passport, VISA, and pother necessary documents so that their formalities can be completed as soon as possible. They need to pay special attention for the disease prevention and their planning for health maintenances.
