Explanation / Answer
The management needs to understand that it is one revolutionary idea that changes the fate of a business and we need to focus on such ideas and in order to get ideas which have such magnitude, the organization need to identify talents residing in the organization and nurture them so that they give something back to us that is the organization. I believe that if invest in talents today we will get the return tomorrow and in order to do that we need to identify rare talent from the organization and develop them through training and development programs so that their skills are actually developed which will serve the organization in future. This has been adopted by various organizations and they have been successful in their venture.
Among the six strategies offered in the text above I would prioritize in the below mentioned way
1. Align strategy, structure, and talent - The talent should be aligned with the strategy and the structure and this should be the first step in order to understand that these aspects are compatible or not.
2. Embrace a decision science perspective - The science behind the decision making should be embraced and communicated.
3. Establish a meaningful, enduring culture - The culture that needs to be followed in the process should be discussed and defined.
4. Revolutionize stale processes - Any obsolete or not so successful process needs to be transformed so that it is again operating.
5. Encourage informal learning - Informal learning is the best when it comes to on job training because it actually helps the individuals in taking in the training easily and quickly.
6. Relinquish some control - The control over the program should be maintained so that it is effective and successful because the organization is paying for such an initiative and it should also return the favor to the organization.
