11)
1) Prazosin - alpha adrenergic receptor antagonist. Causes relaxation of vascular smooth muscles resulting in vasodilation thereby decreasing the blood pressure.
2) ziconotide - inhibits voltage gated calcium channels. So, neurotransmitters are not released from the nerve terminal and conduction of action potential is blocked.
3) Bungarotoxin - muscaranic ACh receptor antagonist. It blocks the binding of ACh on its receptor in post synaptic membrane and therefore impulse cannot be transmitted.
4) Excess nicotine - Excess nicotine will cause hyperstimulation of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the post synaptic membrane. So, the impulse will be generated and transmitted rapidly causing muscular contraction.
