2.myoglobin which is breakdown product of hemoglobin eleased can cause tea colored urine, decrease urine output and can lead to kidney failure.
Creatine kinase breakdown product of skeletal muscle.
3.treatment is by intensive intravenous fluid therapy to maintain urine output. In some cases of severe damages dialysis may be needed till the kidneys are recovering
Surgical decompression is done in case compartment syndrome is developed
4.electrolyte imbalance is an issue due to release of break down products into the blood. It causes increase in potassium ions
5.hyperkalemia can cause irregular heart rhythm and can also cause kidney failure.. Where as phosphate released binds to calcium and causes low levels of calcium ion.
