a.Proformainvoice is a document where there is certain terms and conditions mutually agreed between the buyer and the seller and there is commitment to sell goods to the buyer .it is issued before actual sale takes place .
Commercial invoice or invoice is actual document of sale. It comprises account payable for buyer and account receivable for seller.
Proforma invoice is used many times in case of Commercial invoice to moveg oods products out of country so that that import custom procedures are expedited.
