Explanation / Answer

4. One of the major difference between male and female skeleton is that of pelvis. In females, pelvis is more rounded and broad and pelvic bones are shorter. In males pelvic bones are longer. Moreover, jaw bone is generally larger and prounounced. Male bones are generally longer and thicker.

5.In a broken hip, there is the fracture in the upper region of femur bone or thigh bone or socket of pelvic bone.

Femur bone is more likely to be fractured because of its long size. In contrast pelvic bones are fused tightly together to form a bowl like strructure called pelvis.
