If you begin attracting more clients than you believe your employer can reasonably handle, with the intention of diverting that excess business elsewhere and taking the commission. The current employer would never know about the diversion of business since they have more than enough business to handle now."

According to the four quadrants of ethical lens inventory, rights and responsibility lens and reputation lens will be the ones that will be most affect especially if the employer found out about his dealing outside the benefit of the company but, relationship lens and result lens will not be affected as far as the dealings are considered. This is due to the fact that it is the ethical responsibility for him to follow the code of conduct and morally proceed with every dealings he takes a part in while his reputation is at stake even though there is a low chance of him getting caught doing something unethical in the eyes of the employer.
