Racism is not innate in humans. As humans are born, or within the womb, no one would be learning if a person belongs to a particular race and the manner in which there should be a discrimation in actions with people of different races. Hence, these ideals and practices have come up with evolution. With the changing time and the convenience of a person, these practices have been developed in order for one group to be dominating on another group.
