the guidelines related the ethics of a psychologist are violated here. the ethical grounds of a psychologist demands him to have a consent as well as approval from the board before the conducton of the test and it also requires one to keep the results confidential. two of the ethics violated here are-

infomed consent and approval- before conducting a test on human beings the board needs to approve it as a test such that it meets all the safe and positive requirements for the test and also needs to inform the participants about the test and its process and take their consent. Dr. Z didnt have the permission of the board as well as the participants.

confidentiality- after the test haas been conducted the results and the data so collected needs to be kept confidential and the psychologist cannot share it with anyone. ere Dr. Z discloses the results in front of all the participants by making announcements.
