Explanation / Answer

People eating other’s lunch is the conflict and it’s the result of keeping the lunch together in the same refrigerator. Jenna Nestor shouldn’t have sent a message through the official email id to everyone on the three floors just because someone had stolen her lunch. She should have politely reported it to her supervisor because the communication channels are very important in an organization. This could have been handled by the manager in-charge and they would have found a way the lunch boxes are not stolen by arranging an assistant delivering the lunch boxes to the employees during the lunch time or allows the employees take the lunch boxes in the presence of someone. Sending an e-mail in such way will only spoil the name of Jenna among the other employees because everyone needn’t face her wrath just because of someone’s mistake.
