Some of the fliers said that decisions would be kept private.In honors classrooms, kids were 25 percent more likely to sign up if they knew their peers would be judging them. In non-honors classrooms, kids were 25 percent less likely to sign up.

Firstly i will encourage students the positive reinforcement and are more likely to be enthusiastic about learning if they feel their work is recognized and valued. I will encourage by open communication and free thinking with my students to make them feel important. Be enthusiastic.praising students often. Secondly i will get them involved on way to encourage students and teach them responsibilty to get them involved in the classroom.
