Explanation / Answer
1) Actually admissions should be done on merit basis only but to promote diversity and to bring the backward classes forward reservation systems prevails , but the problem lies in proper administration of the entire process. Its not always right that all persons under reserved quotas are in the backward economical conditions , they simply are taking the benefits of the reservations . Those things should be stopped to maintain the fair policies.
2) In hiring policies policies, first and foremost principle should be to fulfill the motto of the hiring. 2ndly , if the persons prevails under reserved quota then also the knowledge of that person should be judged accordingly in competence with that hiring , wheather it suits the hring positions or not. According to merit selections would be the best principles to do the hiring.
3) increasing diversity in the society makes the culture interracial which sometimes helps the society in upliftments , but sometimes it also hampers the own cultures which also may be harmful. Race does have the biological basis aswell as the social construct. In the broader sense of view it could be said that biological basis are strongly present in the races but from the social angle of view social constructs represents a strong bondings in between.
