1)What awareness did you gain by learning about the different religions and holidays? How is considering all religions and holidays something that can be implemented in the workplace, please explain?

As soon as we encounter a holiday that is from a different religious reason than ours, the first thing we do is hunt down for the person who is a native to that holiday and gain as much information as possible about it. This helps us to not only gain information about the festival, but also gain an insight on how they celebrate the festivals at their residence. ,

At workplace, there is a huge chance for interactions with people from different cultures. Rather than having a complete one day for celebration of a holiday, what the office could do is appoint another day as a half day, where, the members would be sharing their expectations about their holidays and the manner in which it is celebrated in their house. This would create a cross cultural environment and create a positive environment in the office.
