She seems confused by her surroundings. She is accompanied by her daughter, who is highly observant and an accurate reporter of Mrs. Wallace’s past medical and psychosocial history.

these types of cases are best treated with time. Such patients generally responded slowly after four or five meetings with them when they started feelings that there is nothing to worry about. So to start with counselling , one has to continue with talk therapy to intervene the problems and similarly can start the treatment of personality disorder simultaneously. After that , while patient starts responding then it will be much more easier to intervene her and treatment should be as required by her on that time should be given.
