Question

Kylie has been told by friends and family that she snores when she sleeps. At first, she didn’t believe it, but when a friend recorded her snoring, she had to accept it. She didn’t think this was a problem, but over time she found that she had a hard time waking up in the morning, feeling tired and hitting the snooze button on her alarm repeatedly. She started each day with a cup of coffee and was then able to go about her day. She often felt tired in the afternoon, but after another cup of coffee, she was good to go again. Over time, she found that her fatigue seemed to take over other parts of her life. She felt down and didn’t feel like doing things she used to enjoy. She became more and more withdrawn and also had more trouble sleeping as time went on, in a vicious negative circle.
