Explanation / Answer
Business analysis is a critical process which involves communications which are efficient. Communication is very easy aswell as tough and rigorous because tone of the voice matters. Same words effects on two different ways if the tones used are different . Similarly, communication which means understanding to the other person clearly differs as there are differences on the understandings and tones of the voices. Management plays a very crucial role in controlling business and the actions by the management taken affects the general public in the society. Though not directly , but indirectly business tycoons controls the world and the society . They have the power to transform the society through advertisements . As a public speaker , i can evaluate as good but one thing is that i can,t commit fake words or such words which i can understand that it is not going to happen , its known to me today and will be known to the public in near future.
