Explanation / Answer
In the lecture series, the professor has basically illustrated some basic concepts and motivational context about learning a new language.
In the mere beginning, the lecture has started with the introduction of the oral, digital and literature culture and the quote given by Ted Young about it which is "The Truth of fact, The truth of feeling" which meant that entering a new world of a different culture, different language is not easy, what is need is your truth and your complete acceptance to start with a new and fresh energy, to accept the fact truly and accept the feeling truly.
Next, what followed is Victoria Pumpkin who quote "What is a language?" he told that it is a system by which we communicate using sound or gesture.
Similarly there are several well know persons who have contributed to their work in a great way have made it easy to start learning something new, some new, language, understand it and work with it, accept it completely, distinguish between male and female voices, some theories, some basic facts about a new language.
In general English is a language where everyone is accepted, all you need to go with a true acceptance of the language and learn it fully and completely to become fluent in it.
