If rajah thinks that his actions are unethical, he should try and convince the fellow employees so that such a practice would not be carried out at least at the branch they are in. Since, he doesn’t want to lose his job, he shouldn’t complain to the higher authorities, but only create a setting within the employees. If rajah blows the whistle on his employer, it will be a form of ethical whistle blowing in which the benefit will be for the customers. If rajah wants to carry out any sort of whistle blowing acts, he has to have stronger evidences that would be supporting his words. Moreover, he has just joined the institution, and thus he should take his time before doing any such activities. There are no ethics in the new policy. The employer wants to obtain even the minimum of penny from the customers. This one penny adds to their profits on huge basis, through cheating the consumers. Hence, there is no justice with the customers.
