1)Execution and implementation of marketing strategy plays a major role in business growth. Only when the marketing strategy is strong and well planned and is also executed properly will it result in a greater business growth It is very important to have an effective marketing strategy that must be executed well. In the absence of any of the factor the business growth will be affected.
2) Talent Development is another area where marketing strategy and execution plays a major role. Talent acquisition will be done in accordance with the marketing planning and a proper execution of the strategies be it long term and short term and it will have lasting impact on the organization. Based on the planning the organization will acquire the human resources and will train and develop them to achieve the business growth therefore it requires a proper execution.
3)Both marketing strategies and execution will again have an impact on corporate governance.Corporate Governance is a part of marketing planning like all other planning and this also requires execution that will ensure the positive impact on the organization. In the absence of the proper execution the image of the organization will be negatively affected.
4)Profitability is one of the important factors considered in organisation. Both execution and marketing strategy plays a major role here.
