Introduction: The project time management is the way of management of the project within the given target time plan, so that the project tasks are completed within the given time plan.

(A) Project Network Diagram: The project network diagram is the given in the A section of the question. The project network diagram explains the flow of the project tasks in their order and precedence of each others. The whole project is breakup in small small tasks along with their individual lead time and order of completion in the project. This will explain the precedence order for all the project tasks. Thus the network diagram will explain the full flow of tasks along with their order of completion in the project management.

(B) All the paths of project management: All the paths are defined as the all possible paths in which the project can be completed along with the overall lead time of each path. Thus the project will have multiple paths as per the network diagram. The path means start from the first order task and ends at last order task. It can follow the multiple middle ways of combinations with the other suitable tasks. Thus for the given network project example, five paths are possible along with their overall lead time are given. This means the project can be completed in parallel five paths and the each path has their own lead time based on their projects tasks.

(C) Critical Path and How long it is : Critical path is defined as the path of the project which takes longest lead time and by closure of this path, all the other paths of the project get completed before or with this path completion , is known as critical path. The critical path is of highest lead time. In the given example the critical path of 16 days is the critical path and it has longest lead time.

(D) Shortest possible lead time: It is defined as the shortest possible lead time in which the project path of lowest lead time gets completed. The shortest possible lead time path is mentioned in the D section of the question.
