13. In this case relation will be given more priority, the President of the Central Florida Hispanic Librarian Association is a friend of my mother and as she comes to know that I am studying Event Planning in college she requested my mother for my help to plan the National Hispanic Librarian Association meeting here in Orlando in 2018. This will not be considered as a corporate meeting because being a college student who is still learning, I am here to help because I feel that this will give me a practical experience of event planning and I may actually be able to help my mother's friend. This will generally be a very informal meeting but I would like to be professional in the work that I do.
2. The specific steps that I will be taking in order to make this a success are:
1. I will create the basic plan and define the goals and objectives of the meeting.
2. The budget needs to be drawn so that we can plan things better.
3. We need to understand the source of the budget and any sponsorship required
4. I will create a core team to discuss and plan the events accordingly.
5. Promote and market the event and the date of the event.
6. Collect feedback from the guests
