Explanation / Answer
We have a Reader’s Club in our locality and the members were from the locality. The club was managed by a team of selected people and they had various roles such as president, vice-president, treasurer, Secretary etc. We used to do lots of reading carnivals during summer for various age groups such as children, adults, and elders. Our vice-president never contribute anything when we plan and execute these carnivals but when he takes a responsibility on his own he does that, so that he could get all the fame. Social loafing is a concept where one gives less contribution when they work with others but when they work alone, they do it well. Minority influence is a concept which explains the fact that the minority group could influence the majority group to accept the minority people’s beliefs and behaviors. Racial minorities, language minorities, gender minorities try to make the majority people and government understand their rights.
