The conflict i would choose is Generativity vs stagnation.I wanted to achieve the best in my work place,but i had a competition with one of my fellow co workers as to who should be in the position i was in.I faced or rather was given many troubled situations for me to leave.I was often pulled up by the senior management .they were in favour of the other worker for my position.I stayed strong and continued to perform my best in the organization.I was still very obedient to the supervisor and did not show any resilience in nature.I had confidence in myself that i would still bbe retained in the position.
