Question
A man wanted to conduct target practice with his newly purchased pistol. He did not feel like driving to the local gun range, so he decided to shoot at a target in his back yard. He did not take into account that his neighbors’ homes are very close to his property line. As he began firing at the target, he missed it completely, and the bullet went through one of his neighbor’s windows. A young child in the neighbor’s home was struck and killed by this bullet.
Based on this scenario, identify the crime that the man committed
Explanation / Answer
If he has bought a pistol , definitely he is having licence for that but he is not at all permitted to shoot the public at any cost without any reason . Here also there is not a valid reson for which the neighbourhood child got killed , so it would be the police case and he will be arrested. He would fail to prove the matter that he willingly has not committed this crime, if he has not enough practice why should he had not gone to firing range for the practice, court will arise this question and he would be penalised.
