The calculation of BMI has to be considered to asses the wieght gain or weight loss.many weight loss programs are avialable and the claorie intake has to be considered important .IN the BMI i had taken,i follow the intermittent fasting where we eat for 8 hours and fast for 16 hours,for example eating from 2pm-10 pm and fast after that.This helps to cleanse and detoxify the body and reduce calorie intake.reduction in carbs helps to maintain calories and there are the good carbs and bad carbs.The diet should include more vegggies than carbs,plenty of fruits and salads.Avoid caffeine,tea and any processed food or drinks,include only fresh juices.
