1. As the Secretary of Foreign Policy and International Ethics, the framework that I will be designing to determine whether or not the nation is behaving ethically or not is by understanding the ethical dilemma the nation possess regarding any issue and that would be taken care of so that ethics is given priority in any instance and in any sphere of the nation. I believe that a nation needs to be well aware of the ethical issues that it experiences and have remedy counters to manage such issues so that the nation does not gets affected. The foundation of the framework will ne international and domestic relation of the country and the ethical considerations they need to make in order to be ethically clear and sound.

2. There is actually no need of any major changes to the conduct of the us in the international system but there needs to be some minor enhancements that we need to make to improve the relation and the first thing will be the immigrant issue that we need to take care because it has been a matter of concern. We will focusing on the mission "Americans first" and the business organizations will be communicated as per that and they need to make accommodations based on this.
