Intentional planning helps in creating a self discipline in organising and conducting a meeting. In an organizatinal level, everyone should be very careful in making a decision and consult with others in order to get a best results. I am good at managing things , so when we are asked to conduct an event, we had many ideas and atlast I decided what can be done to make our event best and we all agreed to work for our decision and made a successful event, which even created a good hope on us from others. Thus, it makes us proud and helped in learning new things to be adopted to lead a successful event.
Every individual has a unique strength which they can use to make them shine in their group but to do so, they should be confident enough to prove them right and enjoy their work while doing. The weakness in a person should not be encouraged, so that the person will not has to worry about those weaknesses.
