Some of them are quite easy to handle , others are tough to break the ice even because they are rigid in their thoughtsand dont want to accept anything new. Apart from these two types of customers there are other types of customers also like some are easy to break through but the deals not get finalised at all. Some of them might take the products but after several types of queries which are basically annoying to the sales persons .
Q5) The difference between the restaurent chains and a fixture suppliers would be that while purchasing the data entry software , restaurent chains should give inputs of the perishable goods and as the system would be linked with products and accounts FIFO (first in first out) method would be followed as perishable goods to be dealt with. Fixture supplier should have the options to choose from LIFO & FIFO method while doing entry every time because the product supplies would be dependable on the market scenerios and the places, shapes, sizes etc of the restaurents where they will do the business. Further tax system would also be different.
