(B) If you were an employee working in the HR department of an organization hiring for your "ideal job/career, what steps would you include in the selection process to help choose the best candidate, and why? Out of these four domains my favourite domain is relationship building

By having some specific adaptability as well as connectedness towards the team members, alidac and causes a huge change as well as in the overall productivity and efficiency of the specific task by implementing the development and empathy in the team. A leader is always encouraging IT team members as well as its participants. Leader is always creating harmony inside a team and include everyone in a specific job. With the dominant relationship building they have the ability to build extremely strong relationships which can with held the team together and make a team greater than the individuals.
By having positivity as well as relativity a leader can directly affect the overall effectiveness of the team and this relationship building at an extreme effect on the overall outcome of the specific team and their work.

Our class has cultural differences among the students. Come from different cultures and others from different which make us understand about each other and learn new things.

Different cultures introduce different new things in our class and we have to learn about the cultural differences between our culture and other culture. It also improve the cultural diversity of our class by implementing multiple learning structures from different cultures. The tradition make us learn about new things and or do the same to them.
Group projects are more intuitive with different cultures. Everybody comes up with the different Idea and thinking techniques. Also affect their thinking abilities as well a ours.

By implementing the relationship leadership I was able to create a bond between multiple students and this directly increase the overall productivity of the last project I had in a class. By maintaining a relationship between two different cultural students I was able to increase their overall potential to get the best outcome of the specific jobs given to them.

I will directly relate myself with the participative leadership style which I always follow in school as well as other group project. This style is directly related to my specific type of work pattern.

I will directly will looking into the different aspects of entrepreneurship and we'll start with the basics to the advancement of the marketing industry.
Rather than tackling bigger markets, I will start from the smaller Markets and when I will get established in the smaller markets then I will switch to the bigger markets for my company. This specific strategy would reduce the overall risk of failure. Rather than opening bigger food chain in bigger cities I will start with smaller cities with the smallest old to grow constantly and reduce the risk of failing.
By researching new products in the same field as well as providing new services. Entrepreneurship can be Very much benefited by these two terms by developing new products as well as introducing new services to your entrepreneurship business you can easily increase your overall reach and create new catalogue for the company. I will research about New recipes as well as new cooking techniques which can enhance my overall food chain as well as the food store to provide better services to the customers.
I will listen and analyse the customer's feedback to adopt the changes. Listening to the customers is one of the most essential part for an entrepreneur as all of their services and products are initially very customer oriented to be more promising . By listening the quality of my food as well as the taste I will definitely provide a better product to the customers.
I will analyse the market and change my strategies according to the current market needs. By analysing the competitors as well as that products I will implement my own product range as well as services for the customers. Ability in the food industry hence I have to go and look out for different competitive shops or those who deals in burgers and I will definitely try to improve my burgers in a different manner by creating a unique taste.By creating a new market with my ideas I will easily create a unique selling point of my products and provide extremely good services in the same class to become a Pioneer as well as set up my own Monopoly in the same product section. By applying this is specific strategy I can easily enhance the overall reach of my product as there would be no competition my products in the same field.
I will recognize the opportunity of a business requirement in summer special field and work towards it. Bye properly studying the competition and recognising the market structure I can easily determine which field should I go for the maximum benefits as well as profits for my company. I will conserve the capital for investing in my business, an entrepreneur should be as conservative as possible in terms of money. By having this specific qualities I will tackle the market and also provide my services towards a specific market place. On the basis of these facts I can say that I would rather be an entrepreneur then being a manager.

For completing the school related tasks I will be scheduling my whole day in advance which would be very beneficial for overcoming any situation. One school activities such as being participated in sports activity and giving out proper time would be one of my main concerns and I would be specially planning for the same.
Activities which are related to school but i'm not done inside the school timings for school like going school on time would be my main priority to improve the overall effectiveness of my study. I will wake up early in the morning and would plan the whole day according to the given schedule. This scheduling will definitely help me in building a better structure for my overall but patterns.
For proper homework management,I will pick a time in the evening and consistently focus on doing my homework on a daily basis which would reflect in my daily life style. This would help me to grow a habit of doing my homework at the right time and to improve the overall situation.

For completing the personal task I will be using the same scheduling as well as time management Strategies for overcoming the specific situations where I have to compromise between these two tasks. There are definitely some task which can be prioritised over my educational priorities. If something is related to my family and health issues, I will definitely prioritise the health care issues of my family on the top of the educational priorities.
With proper scheduling and support I would definitely manage the stress which is generated by both of the priorities. Time scheduling would help me to maintain a more efficient way of solving the problems as well as reducing the overall risk of the problem creation.
