1.Skills that I have developed for better and more effective long term memory performance are

Personal elaboration of maening of material.

Activepracticing with material.

Anticipating test questions.

2. Most appropriate skill to enhance performance on objective tests I personally use is throughly studying the topic,mneumonic techniques can be applied ,then anticipate questions and prepare one self for the questions.

3. Skills that will help.in giving deeper understanding of ideas are,

Ideas that I use to have a through knowledge and hold of that particular topic is by

Step 1- Preview : Take a preview of what you are going to study

Step 2- Question: question yourself as to what are you studying,why is that particular topic important for you to study

Step 3- Read: to answer your own question that are raised in your mind, read that topic throughly

Step 4- Self recite : memorise the important points by reciting and memorising it.

Step 5- Test: Anticipate questions, test yourself by answering the questions. This would definitely result in deeper understanding of the ideas.

4. Obstacles that one need to overcome for efficiently studying are

- Stop procastinating ,learn topics as soon as they are taught.

- Make a time table and avoid cluttering ,so that your study time is equally divided amongst all subjects

- Avoid disorganization ,do not take up too many topics to study at a time ,ccomplete one at a time, organise the entire syllabus,break down into small assignments and get it done regularly.

- one should not forget to revise the topics regularly for conversation of short term to long term memory.

5. I am totally motivated to make all necessary changes that are required to become more efficient memorizer.
