Design a strategy to help solve this problem. Choose either Bandura's theory of observational learning or Skinner's theory of operant conditioning to create a strategy that you will implement in the upcoming week. Describe the undesired behavior, the desired behavior, and how your strategy will result in the desired behavioral outcome. Describe at least three challenges you might face during implementation. Bandura theory (1977,1988) can be implemented for the attention attributed to the group of students in school who are given a maths test to solve. The students can be divided into three groups, one group contains students who are intelligent and have reputation for scientific excellence, other group includes students who pass in the maths exams but do not have a tendency to score high, and the last group includes students who do not have any interest in maths and they get low grades or fail in the exams. This theory explains the self-satisfaction of the people with the ability of the people to analyze their potential and capability to perform work in the society. The students receive internal satisfaction for studying and understanding the concepts which is much higher than achieving high scores, grades or external awards for accomplishments. If the students lack interest in the subject like maths with no internal happiness and satisfaction, then they are likely to fail even if high external rewards are mentioned by the teachers if they get high marks in the maths exam. There is an outcome expectation for the result of the tests and exams and the efficacy outcome which is different. The efficacy outcome depends upon the merit and the level of the understanding of the mathematical problems in schools and universities. The students should have a tough mental attitude and should not get depressed by the chances of getting failed in schools. The students should be encouraged to participate in the maths test, they should be given analytical tricks and methods to solve mathematical probems, their inherent problem should be discussed, and scientific methods should be analyzed to understand help them improve their scientific skills. There should be communication between the students with the discussion to solve the scientific problems in the class.
