Here, the protagonist Calvin uses proposition of value to present his judgement about the experience of teaching and learning in the classroom. He raise the ethical issue of what is right or wrong in the process and it is therefore a proposition of value.
2. The strip presents a case of skepticism about the source of knowledge or facts. Here, Calvin’s father and he engage in proposition of facts about ice and both sides make statements which are either true or false. His father uses logical inferences to convince Calvin about the tendency of the ice to float towards the Sun.
