Providing good services to the patients with atmost care is the major ethical issue to all the employees. Becasue the organizations joins more and more patients, but it is the reponsiblity of these employees who provide all the services to the patients with care. If these people do not serve them with care and intention, there is no progress in the health condition of patients. A man have his limitatioins, can not continue in the work with same tempo, same level of performance, bahavior etc. They may act and react based on their mental condtions, personal issues, expectations from the employer, the work stress, and many other factors.
Hence, the real ethical problem is not about providing services to the patients, it is about providing services with utmost care and concern. When the employees work for money and incentives, they forget that they are dealing with patients, for them patients are like materials or inputs which should be processed and generates some reveneus to the hospital. It should be avoid, the employees should provide services with care, humanity, concern and it is the ethical problem faced by employees. They know that what they are doing, but some times they go with unacceptable ways.
