The ethical issues in such tests is the lack of knowledge and showing negligence on part of the medical professionals. As medical heads, it is unethical on their part to not create a test which detects Marijuana from the past. The need of the hour is to make sure that elaborate tests are done in such cases to avoid a misdaignose.
The limit can foremost be set by the government as to how much of marijuana is safe to consume. There should be strict laws on consuming marijuana and driving. Also, there need to be laws on how much of it is easily available and accessible.

While the child was born normal, inducing such a fear that to without prior permissions is incorrect. Also, after completing the experiment, the researcher never made the effort to remove that fear from the child and bring him back to normal. Being a researcher, it was his duty to make sure that the induced fear is deduced and eventually eradicated.
