Question

You live in the home built by your father. The home has been in the family for more than 50 years. Recently an unscrupulous banker used a technicality in property tax law to take the home from you. The banker plans to give the home to one of his family members to live in. A court case has recently come up in which a large corporation could claim all of the bankers' assets based on information you have about him. The corporation plans to tear down the house to build a luxury condominium. Do you help the corporation take the bankers assets?

Explanation / Answer

What the banker is doing is definitely injustice. In the situation provided, you don't get anything. It's either the banker or the corporation. Maybe the corporation would provide you with some benifits but it's unknown.

I would still support the corporation as what the banker doing is injustice and there are atleast chances you might be benifited by the corporation but won't get anything from the banker.

However, this is more about emotions and less about money as the house is build by your father. So nobody would want to ever give it away to anyone.
