The article " Algorithms are making us small minded" is becoming a stark reality. The artificial intelligence, it's virtual world is making us bounded to fixed formulas. Our lives are li revolving around the choices that they provide based on our likes and beliefs. They are feeding us with options based on their calculations are prediction of our likes and dislikes. This is limiting us to our comfort zone and we find it difficult to move out of our comfort zone, and ellaborate our choices and likes. Living in our comfort zone is narrowing our imagination, thinking and creativity. We fail to take others perspective,it is taking our ability of understanding with empathy. The algorithms are making us fixed to routine life where we fail to acknowledge the diversity and fail to imagine things beyond us. Thus, human brain is loosing it's ability to think originally, is narrowing in it's focus and this could probably lead us to be "Small-minded" in the process of evolution.
