for the following peer review regarding the clarity, content, process, and quality...
The timetable will consist of 3 surveys within a three-month period. There will be an initial survey then one at the second month and a third one towards the end of the three-month period. Having a gap between each could result in a different answer if things have changed in the workplace.
The survey will be sent out and the participants will have a couple of days to fill out the survey. The survey can be done online or can have a physical copy. This will consist of the same questions on the survey for all three surveys. I will have a couple days to do each survey and analyze the data. After the third survey and analyzation it will be submitted to the professor for grading and critiquing.

Explanation / Answer
The timetable will consist of three surveys conducted across a three-month period. The surveys would be carried out on a monthly basis, at the closure of each of months. The rationale for having a month’s gap in between is that it would allow for tracking any changes that may have occurred in the workplace. The participants would first be sent out information about the survey, it’s purpose and how they are expected to respond to it. Three days prior to the end of the month, the survey will be shared and the participants will be required to complete it before the last day of the month. The survey would be shared online or physically, based upon the participants preference. The questions would remain uniform for all three surveys. After the data is collected, it will be computed and analysed. After the final survey, all the data will be complied to provide an overall analysis and will be submitted to the professor for grading and critiquing.
