Explanation / Answer

Ethics can be legislated or Ligitated :

We can't legislate morality. This statement is not true in my opinion . "Morality" means a behaviour which is expressed to others and have to be socially and kegally excepted by the society. Our legal system legislates all kinds of behaviour . The laws regarding criminal cases , defrauding, and misrepresenting all reflect "moral" values. If a person is caught doing all these illegal cases despite having the right morals they have still criminals under law.

Moral Compass :

Moral compass is a capaity or an ability of the person as to how the person can judge right or wrong things to take a decision according to his perception is known as Moral compass .
